  I came to Precision on 10/24/24 to put in a request for the following: order a full 60 x 60 ft roll of Inozetek Era Green car wrap and to wrap my car's front bumper with the roll I wanted to order. I planned to wrap my car myself with the remaining material of the roll. On 10/24, I paid $764.46 for the wrap roll to be ordered through Precision. Precision said the roll would arrive within the following week, but they ended up calling me on 11/14/24 to tell me the roll arrived. On 11/15/24, I dropped the car off and was told the front bumper would be wrapped by the end of the day. Then by EOD on the 15th, I was told the car was not done. Then I called again on 11/22/24 to see if my car was ready, and was told I could pick it up the next day. When I received my car, the wrap job was incredibly sloppy. The following issues were noticeable: wrap not laid properly, a strip of a color I didn't ask for/wasn't contacted about was placed along the grill of the bumper, knife cuts in various places, bolts missing from the bumper, one of my fog lights was ripped out, and there were gaps where my paint underneath was still showing. Precision employees then told me that they had to use up more material from my roll than they planned for. I was told the front bumper got redone three times, which used up about a third of the entire roll I ordered. An entire roll was supposed to cover my car fully, so I was promised by the shop owner that a replacement roll would be ordered to fix the issue. Precision said they would order the replacement roll on 11/25/24. On 12/30/24, I called Precision for an update on if the roll was ordered, and they said because the holidays were causing delays, the roll would arrive in early January. On 1/22/25, I called again for an update. Precision told me that because of the wildfires in ** (where Inozetek is located), the wrap got delayed again. I've reached out to Inozetek myself now, and they said Precision has not contacted them at all for more wrap.
