    I rented a dumpster as I have in the past from them paid in full $395.00 before delivery, the deal was they would come get it after 10 days, they did not, I had to call them on the 13th day (Friday) I left a message with no reply, I called again Saturday and spoke to a woman and said I need it gone as I have no place to park, they finally came on Monday to get it, then a week later I was charged $110.00 with no explanation, I called and emailed 3 different times with no reply

    **************** called to rent a dumpster for 09/01/2022 he was rude to my new office manager because she didn't know who he was as it was her first week . he also was offended I as the owner didn't remember him either as I do my best to service all my customers it hard  to remember all of them.  especially the once a year customers. When **************** rented dumpster we explained to him pricing  , items that are extra charges , timing of rental before additional charges occur and cost . We also explained as we do with all customers WE DO NOT PICK UP DUMPSTER TILL CUSTOMER CALLS . to avoid wasted trips and additional trucking charges . he alleges he called on Friday the 16th with no response, That could have happen after we where closed . He called back on 09/17/2022 @ 9:09 am with no answer , My office manager called him right back spoke with *************** again he was rude and when she asked when he called for Pick up of container his response was " I don't call for a pick up don't you know who I Am ". We said we will do our best to get it today . Unfortunately we didn't not get to it till Monday 09/19/2022. We charged his card on Tuesday For the additional days he was explained and for,  the item again he was  made aware of . When we billed him the additional charges and sent him a separate invoice to him email so he had plenty of explanation .

     

    **************** then called my office at 5:30 pm Tuesday the 20th  and proceeded to yell at my office manager for 4 solid minutes  with one of my drivers in the office at one  point my driver said to my manager I cant believe a man would speak to a woman like this . **************** then said to manager " I only have $110.00 to lose he has a lot more. To the point my manager needed to get off the phone as she felt threatened. He again played the " Do you know who  I am card , I am calling the BBB, AG , TV   station any one that will listen to me .  If you are to need further info or documentation please let me know .

     

    ***************, a liar and very disrespectful man to woman, that hides behind his keyboard , that will be hearing from attorney regarding the slander of myself and my company .

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I should be surprised that 100% of Mr. ********************** response is false, but sadly I am not, I will not be as crude as to call Mr. ********************** a liar, first off, I did not speak to a woman when I called on Thursday 9/1/22 to set up rental, I spoke to a man, who only took my card information, and address he then told me when I would receive delivery and that was all that was said, that conversation was less than 3 minutes ( I have phone records with times) second I would never talk to someone in the way that Mr. ********************** has described I am a 60 year old man and have manners, I have attached a copy of the email for the second unauthorized charge of $110.00. and you can see it describes nothing about the charges, if I knew how I would attached the email itself, but if needed I would gladly have my son help me, please be advised this charge was addition to the original $395.00 charge I agreed to pay for the rental and the pick up of the 10yd dumpster that was filled less than 50%, I have no correspondence from Mr. ********************** regarding anything other than a bill (invoice) I on the other hand have phone records of my call to you on Friday 9/15/22 (during you posted working hours) as well as on Saturday 9/16/22 the only actual time I spoke to woman who at the time seemed confused as she answered the phone as "Hello" and after a few minutes of me trying to find out if I called the right number and to explain who I was and what I was calling about she told me "shes driving at the moment" and reminded me that I will be charged the $10.00 a day fee totaling $40.00 for the 4 days, and yes I might have sounded a little upset when my response was " well that is a terrible way to treat a loyal customer"  I then said "then charge me and please come get your dumpster as I can not park in my driveway until it is gone, thank you", so to summarize I have no correspondence from Mr. ********************** other than 2 email receipts, 1 for $395.00 on 9/1/22 and the 2nd for an unauthorized charge of $110.00 on 9/20/22 with no explanation for charges, I can prove through emails and phone records of everything I am saying here. I also sent Mr. ********************** an email trying to redeem the $25.00 "loyalty" gift certificate (code "MURPHY25") that your employee ***************** sent me back in March of 2021 with no response again from Mr.**********************, in total I have emailed  Mr. ********************** 4 different times since 9/20/22 without any type of response from Mr. ********************** until I filled a complaint here.

    BBB spoke directly with the business and they have clarified that the $110 charge consisted of $10 per day for 5 days over the initial 10 days, and for an air conditioner that was placed in the dumpster which is an additional charge.  They have also advised that if the consumer is able to show the $25 coupon they are willing to honor it.
