      A neighbor two houses away from mine hired Northeast to remove a tree that had broken in a storm a couple weeks ago. I am supportive of removalwhat I find distressing was I encountered Northeast coming onto my property uninvited and with zero communication. I witnessed them entering my garden, walking around my home, and proceeding to remove a large rope from a tree on my property--apparently they used a tree on my property to tie off for structural support. When I asked the man what he was doing, he shrugged and said his boss told him to do it. They hadnt even knocked on my door, let alone coordinated with the neighbor they contracted with. This is trespassing. If anyone would like to come onto my property, use my property as structural support, it is reasonable and within my rights to expect preemptive communication and explanation of purpose and *request for permission.*I support my neighbors need to remove the tree but entering and using someones property without their consent is trespassing and against the law. I do not recommend any contractor who behaves in such a brazen, disrespectful and unprofessional fashion. And on top of that whose crew members are unable to provide any explanation as to why they think they have a right to be on my property without consent. What other corners are they cutting?
