    The company did an illegitimate job in putting in both gutters and leaf guards. After saying he would fix it, he refused to come back to finish the job. Payment was given upfront in November of 2021 and in cash (check, $3,940) because he didn't want to be charged for a credit card. I have called over and over again for months, and he refuses to answer. He finally answered and then never showed up (summer of 2022; multiple dates) to fix the job that he never finished. I was weary of his ability to deliver and perform the job, and he shared that if there was a problem, he would fix it.His company's voicemail is full and they are non-responsive. The reviews online now state how horrible their customer service is snd to avoid working with them. I am so disappointed. I was willing to pay (which I did) his rising costs and the job was never finished, leaving me with incomplete work that creates a bigger problem with my house and infrastructure. Now I have to hire someone else, making the cost rise. He should replace and stand by his work or give me money back.

    Good morning, 

     

    I'm following up on my complaint towards AAA Gutter after receiving your notice. I recently heard from AAA Gutter after not hearing back from them in a full year -- I imagine it has something to do with the complaint I put in to the BBB. 

     

    AAA Gutter came out to "fix" the problem and didn't. They didn't end up fixing the problem and said I would need to pay more for them to do so. To me, this is a copout. To do a job incorrectly and poorly, then to stop communication for a year, only to come back and ask for more money is wild to me. How could I ever give them more money? I will never support them again and have decided to take my business elsewhere. 

     

    They also wanted a signed document stating that they did the job correctly and I couldn't hold them liable if any issues arose, which is not something I'm willing to do. Another customer service concern is that they're only taking cash or check as payment (without a credit card option, which is concerning to me tracking the payment, especially knowing what I know now about the company). 

     

    After inquiring with other gutter companies, they have mentioned that AAA Gutter did a poor job, and I will have to invest in another gutter job. I have already paid another reliable company to fix the job of AAA Gutter. This entire experience has cost me more money and frustration than anything else. 

     

    Thank you for at least getting me an answer from AAA Gutter. It showed me how unprofessional and irresponsible they are as a company and how I can never do business with them moving forward.

    I went back to customers house and made the proper adjustments as both the homeowner and I determined would solve the problem.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    The business never fixed the problem when they came out recently. If they said anything else, it's just not true. I've had to take this problem elsewhere. I'm following up to make sure that my complaint gets processed so that others don't get taken advantage of. 


    As a senior citizen, I can only imagine what else they are doing to others.
