    5/9/2022 went to RCA Optical with a prescription for glasses. Choose the frame. Went through checking out. Associate charged my insurance Eye Med $325.00 and I was charged $274.00. Was called to pick glasses up. Tried them on. Advised to Associate It was blurry and I was unable to focus on things. Associate stated I knew I shouldn't have let you choose those frames, but your insurance allows you to change the glasses if needed. Associate states you may have to get used to them. I brought them home. Unable to use them. Returned to RCA on 5/27/22 with glasses. Associate stated again I knew I shouldn't have let you choose those frames because progressive lenses need frames 30mm or larger and the ones you choose are too small. I choose new frames this day. Was advised by Associate told me they would call when ready. Received a voice mail on 6/23/22 that insurance would not replace glasses. Was given option for either distant or reading lenses and would not be able to use when driving. I advised Associate I wanted the lenses replaced with the new frames and made whole with what I should have been told in the beginning. I advised the Associate I came to the business knowing you are the specialist, not me. I then asked for the manager to call me. Did not receive a call from manager. I called 6/29/22 talked to ******* she advised me she would call insurance again to see if they can be returned and call me back. I have not heard from RCA as of now.

    As I stated when I spoke to you on the phone, I was waiting for the insurance company to get back to me as the had already refused to cancel your order and it had to get passed up the levels to get approved. It did and I called you back and told you that you were eligible again with your insurance and offered to reorder your glasses as we discussed or refund you and I have have not gotten any call back from you or email from your regarding that until I got this email here. I am sorry that you did not have a good visit with us at RCA and I will put a check in the mail for the refund and include and other records that belong to you. I wish you well.

    I am rejecting this response because: Called RCA the same day 7/8/2022. ******* went home with a migraine. Gave my card information to the receptionist (*****?). She was going to pass the information to *******. Have been waiting for the refund and have not received it. At this time I have filed a small claim. RCA should be receiving the paperwork from ****** Court.
