1 starWe had 3 windows installed in new construction house leaking air. *** from Harvey came out initially and assured they were fine but they continue to leak and we have been waiting for weeks for them to come back in the winter. The room is cold and there is a loud noise whistling through the windows when the wind blows. They have not responded for 3 weeks as of today. They are casement windows in design with a hand crank. Windows installed in new construction back in 2006, replaced 8 sashes so far due to themopane seal failure. They have since sold off all the factory distributors so to get warranty service you have to pay shipping. Quality has certainly gone to the wayside.

Harvey Windows & Doors did indeed sell off it's Distribution facility a couple of years back, however, the shipping coverage of the warranty has never changed. Both were very pleasant, professional and clear with the instructions. These ladies are a credit to Harvey Windows front line and a success to the companys overall operation. 5 stars*************************** was a tremendous help In tracking down some pivot bars for my 20 year old Harvey Signature windows. She worked relentlessly with her supervisor and co-workers to find some, all the while giving me a heads-up regarding progress. **************** representatives like her are few and far between. 5 starsTL;DR Harvey Windows are superior-quality products. If you have any issues, the customer service is excellent.______General Impressions:We have a condominium outfitted completely with Harvey **************** the second owner and the windows were installed for the original owner. All windows have maintained complete insulation of the house; but two panes suffered some between-pane mold as a result of a Nor'easter. We contacted Harvey to acquire replacement glass, ready to dispute an opposition to honoring a 20 year warranty that was 18+ years old, purchased from a different owner. As much as the quality of the windows is unarguably paramount, the customer service we received was as valuable as the quality of the windows themselves.With a few quick calls and emails, we had replacement windows, cut to order, shipped to our house. Unfortunately, one of the windows broke during shipment. I contacted customer service again and three days later, the replacement for the replacement was there, waiting. Thanks (again) to the agent, ****** who was with us through the entire process and made us feel like we were always in touch along the way. And to **** for furthering the order when ****** was not available - seamless. Sidenote: We chose to install the replacement glass ourselves. ****** gave us step-by-step directions and it could not have been easier (literally minutes).______What to LOOK for:- Quality windows - Superior customer service - Honored warranty ______What to look OUT for:- Nothing. 5 starsWhen I Needed to file a warranty claim **************** In customer service could not have been any more helpful and pleasant!!She was very patient both one the phone conversations and via email. 5 starsI was searching for some latch pins for my daughters interior storm windows. I felt I would cut the chase and go direct to the supplier. I called Harvey Building Products and talk to ******* in customer service. My hopes were fading as ******* said they haven't made storm windows in about 5 years and probably did not have what I was looking for. I sent ******* a picture of the latch pin after she had told me they might have some old inventory items on hand. Then the miracle happened. ******* sent an email stating that she had found some old stock. With a minimum shipping charge I received the latch pins yesterday. I installed them and they worked out Great. Thank you for the Awesome customer service and going the extra mile.Cozy and warm in *************, **
