    I requested service for a routine/overdue maintenance check. This was by far the most expensive quote I received but I didn't want to wait 2 months for service. The tech was great, seemed to know his stuff and answered all my questions. He recommended I purchase the maintenance program which I agreed to. Since I needed a "run capacitor" because mine was old and rusted; I would be charged 15% less with the service plan - $269.00.I received an invoice via email for $326.00 (I had already paid for the maintenance call.) When I called to question this amount, the office person insisted that was the price, "That's what the quote is," and kept asking me who the tech was that quoted a lower price, as if she didn't have a record of it. She was unprofessional and rude, never checking with the tech for his account of the conversation. This conversation went on for some time before I asked her to have the manager call me. The manager did call me, and agreed to honor the lower price, but by this time, I did not (and do not) trust this company and told him so. Be careful with these people. It sounds and felt too much like a bait-and-switch deal! I am left wondering whether I actually needed the part recommended. It will cost me another maintenance visit from another company to determine.I do NOT recommend this company. I'm giving one star because a "0" isn't allowed.
