I don't know what is going on with this agency and I wish I would have looked at the reviews before I started working for them. Over a year I did so many cases for them working in several LTC facilities, I was never late and never called out. All of a sudden, I worked at one of the same facilities I had been at on three different occasions, worked 7am-4:22 pm and never got paid. This was on July 9, 2023. Connect RN stated my license was expired which was not true. I am a Correctional nurse and would never let my nursing license expire. All I know is they owe me money, and I want to get paid for my labor.

These people are the worst to work for. They terminated me because they said there was an issue with my license. When I showed them that there was not an issue with my license, they sent me an email saying that I was terminated for violating the attendance policy. I had not. They claimed they had notified me several times. They had not. Then I get a letter saying my termination is justified. I dont know what is going on over there, but there are obvious issues. I would just stay away.

I have not been paid the entire rate that I was supposed to be paid. During a double shift that I was working on 4/15/23, I was told I would not be paid my STATcash daily pay until Monday. I have been threatened with termination for call its because thats what they want you to do if a facility doesnt need you. ConnectRN is supposed to investigate by I was canceled ever day for five days in a row, but they did not. The facility did not need me and had me on hold just in case they had. A call out. This is in violation of their contract with ConnectRN as I was told of this before and it was resolved. I cancelled the remaining shifts with that facility so that I could work. ConnectRN threatened to fire me because of there 10% call out rate maximum. Well Ive worked well over 500 shifts and am no where near this 10%. I accepted shifts paying bonus rates, however, I did not get all of my pay. Their mediation button means nothing because you never get a response. When I call them on this, they say, oh, I see it. I dont know why it wasnt addressed. Ill escalate it. Another issue is my my federal taxes. They stopped taking out federal taxes somewhere along the way. Now I owe federal taxes and it looks like I made over $105,000 but I havent seen all of this money, e.g., if ADP shows my net as $500, why was I actually paid a net of $350this happened a lot because I went back and checked and requested to be paid. They never paid me. I would not recommend working for this agency.

The worst job, imaginable, to work with. This business promotes negligence of welfare on both staff and patients, it's illegal. This business does not promote an inclusive enviroment and does not have the option to reflect pronouns, this is discrimination. The pay is depreciative; it's a reflection on their core values for their employees, disgusting. Employees have had their wages given to other coworkers and/or never paid.Millions of dollars were raised to improve app functioning. This is a lie, money was laundered/misused and the app is barely functioning. To conclude, this business is deceitful, prejudice and negligent. This business intentionally exploits the marginalized demographic and upcharges facilities that should be shut-down for abuse. Hopefully this business crumbles ik the recession.
