I went to Showcase Laundromat (**********-**) on November 2, 2023, around 9 pm. I inserted my laundry card into the machine and a 20-dollar bill into the machine. They have a promotion in which the customer gets $1 for each $20 loaded on the card. The machine didn't add the credit to my card or give my money back. I immediately called the employee there. He said the machine sometimes does not work properly. There was no manager there and the employee gave me a paper to write down my name, and phone number, and explain the situation. Then, the owner would check the machine the next day morning and call me. I wrote down my information and explained the situation that the machine took my $20 and didn't give me the credit. On November 3, I called their office at ************ because nobody called me. However, no one picked up the phone and I left a voice message. On November 4, I went to the Showcase Laundromat but there was no manager there and it was not possible to contact their office using the Laundromat store phone. The employee said my paper was with them and I needed to wait. I called the office many times and it is impossible to talk to them. Today, for the first time someone at Showcase Laundromat picked up their phone at ************. She said the manager is on vacation and she will be there on December 11. I don't believe they will contact me. It is more than 20 days and I left many voice messages on their phone.
