    On the 14th of October, 2023 I went to The UPS store in ********,** and paid them for services they offer and guarantee to package and ship my item. The item was a work iPad, with a zagg keyboard case and chargers. This item was being returned to my place of work just supposed to be shipped a couple towns over in ********, **. In following the tracking provided to me both my manager and I realized the package was deluvered to *********, ******** which we found out was an Amazon warehouse hub ( ***************************************************************************). The store packaged my item and did not use the shipping label i provided them with. The store was only able to refer me to call *** customer service as they could not do anything else. Their store manager was also out of the country for a few weeks. The *** customer service advised I call Amazon as *** stated they couldnt do anything else because the package was delivered as labeled so nothing they can do. They advised I contact Amazon, I called multiple times and was able to place a ticket D101774858 but now havent been able to contact them again for any updates/follow up. I did contact *** customer relations *************) and was given a reference # ****. They said they would investigate the matter and follow up in 3 days. Its been two weeks and again im having great difficulty reaching them. This situation is the store fault whether they made an honest mistake or if the iPad was stolen. I would like to be reimbursed for the items that I paid and trusted the UPS store to ship for me. The items worth is $1,000.00 total.
