      I moved into my home (new construction) on November 8th of 2022. Propane plus provides gas to our home. I noticed that I did not have a bill for gas for the month of November and called them over 5 times. I was told that invoices hadnt come out yet as they hadnt done meter reads or fill **** In December I noticed the same thing and again called 2 times A WEEK. I was told the same thing. In January, STILL NO BILL and was told that its because I havent used anything and would be charged for what I use. I told the lady baje ***** that we have in fact been using gas (just as I had told them in November and December) she then told me that it appeared my meter was offline. They had pulled up my account in November and December and NEVER mentioned that to me. If they saw it in January, the DEFINITELY saw it in November and December. A technician came out and confirmed they had faulty equipment and they changed it. I then revived an invoice for nearly $500. That is CRAZY they said we can pay in pay embers but this is unacceptable. This is there issue and all of this could have been avoided. They are a scamming company. I have phone records for all of calls made to them. I will contact new outlets if this is not resolved.

      Mikaylah:  I am shocked at this accusation listed here!  We have been totally transparent in the process. 

       Facts are as follows:

          1.  You have a meter installed in your gas system to ease billing on a monthly basis. Typically propane is sold and you pay for a large delivery prior to using. Not the case with a meter. 

          2.  You were not charged for propane in November because you didn't consume any. (At this time we had no idea the meter was not working)

          3.  End of December we read the meters. Our meter reader clocked no gallons used.

          4.  January 19th you called us concerned about the lack of usage. We than went out to read meter and check on gas consumption. We discovered that the meter screen was full of moisture and was not 

               reporting to our office like it should. (we thanked you)

          5.  Upon reading the meter ticket for the actual propane delivery by the truck we put in 152 gallons of propane since November 8th. This is also reflected on the tank monitor.

          6.  We replaced the meter with another one that is working fine.

          7.  Our techs and our office staff had nothing but good to say about ***************************. She was very nice to us and we didn't think we had any issues moving forward and offered her terms to pay the bill.

          8.   Shortly after a 1 star review was given. We then decided to figure out what was wrong.

          9.   *******, **** and ***** on speaker phone discussed taking the bill and cutting in half. (not that we needed to, but as a new homeowner gesture)

         10.  At that point ************** stated she wanted her gas usage free. She also stated we were lazy and didn't check her account correctly and that is was our equipment failure so she shouldn't have to pay 

                anything. We explained that the meter failure was beyond our control and we had back up ways to measure the usage. She doesn't agree. She said she wasn't going to pay anything.

         11.  We tried to call 2 more times with no a answer since.

       

      In closing, Propane Plus has been in business for 32 years. We have never scammed anyone. We have though. We went out of our way to make this client feel good but she does owe us money. We offered half off of the gas consumed since November and she want's it all free. She refused our offer and it now is revoked as we can't seem to please this client. We are owed this money and feel we are being scammed. Our phone records do not match ******************. We rectified a situation that cost us a lot to repair. Now we are denied payment for fuel used all winter so far. That is not right. She is in sense stealing from us free heat since November. Business relies on trust. It works 2-ways. We provide a service and the customer rewards us. We provided heat for 3 months and being denied compensation. If there is no trust there is no relationship. If no relationship no business. We have collected nothing and owe nothing. We suggest if she has no trust with our people, office staff and techs, she may need to create a new relationship with another vendor. We would like to resolve this matter but it seems ************** has a split personality.
