    This company charged me a $199.00 dispatch fee and a $299 fee for coming to my house. I described the problem in detail and told them what part they needed. They came without the part, provided no service, left me without heat for 3 days and charged the above mentioned fees. They were supposed to call me to arrange to come and place a pipe. They never called. They made me miss 2 days of work waiting for them. After the ******* installed a $100 pipe he again left me without heat. He never quoted a price for the pipe. I had earlier asked if the money I had already paid them could be credited toward that pipe. They wanted to sell me a new boiler for over $10,000. I called another company. They came right away, found that there was a blockage, removed the blockage and I had heat. This second company charged $125 for the actual repair. They also cemented the pipe into the wall which RCL had not done. No new boiler needed. The next day *** charged over $900 to my credit card with no prior notice or explanation. Do not trust ***. They are money hungry and cant even do the work properly.

    I cannot recommend *** because they have TERRIBLE customer service.Simple call back requests were not met.When an employee destroyed some personal property and didnt tell us, we got nothing but excuses and justifications.Dont spend money with a company that doesnt respect your time and property.
