    I scheduled to receive income tax services with ******************************* of GO Income Tax Multi Services on February 6th 2024 via her scheduling website. I waited for almost 2 hours the day of my appointment, only for her to tell me that she doesn't check her scheduling site and that she didn't know that we had an appointment. ********* then offered to my taxes virtually, via phone call later that evening, which I agreed. ********* contacted me late in the evening, almost an hour past the time that she scheduled with me, however we completed my taxes virtually and she charged me, which I paid via Zelle. ********* confirmed the amount of my tax refund and sent me a screenshot via text message confirming the refund amount. She then let me know that she will send me my tax documents via email. I never received my tax documents or my tax refund. After several failed attempts to reach ******** via call and text, I went to her office to inquire about my tax return. It was then disclosed to me that my return was rejected by the *** due to an error she made. I insisted that she fix the error, which she did. However, a couple weeks later, I got a charge by the *** for $500, when I was suppose to receive a refund. After several attempts to contact ********* AGAIN, I went back to her office and discovered that she made ANOTHER error on my return. ********* scheduled another virtual appointment with me the same day to amend my taxes, which she did not honor. It is now May 23rd, 2024 and I have been unable to get in touch with ********* since, to amend my taxes despite numerous attempts. ********* has never returned any of my tax documents and still has all of my original tax documents in her possession.

    Dear BBB office,

    Thanks for your hard working helping all business.  Attached, you will find the reimbursement that I sent to **************.  I did call her and she confirmed that she received it.  Also, I did mail a copy of the taxes.  I have back up showing that ************** did not fill her Intake form correctly.  I kept all customers personal input on file and secured for any future reference or issues.

    ************** is happy with the refund even I worked for many hours on her tax file.  Also, I promised to ************** that I will be available for her for excellent tax services whenever she needs my help.
