      I have terminated my service with ****** RV. We have a signed cancellation agreement, but I can not get the company to process the cancellation. This is resulting in me being charged over $250 per month while the account is open. I have reached out to all of those involved in the party, and even included the department supervisor, but I am unable to get confirmation or movement. This business has been stringing me along for thousands of dollars with no remorse. I am asking that they finish the job and process the cancellation.

      RV has been brought to Petes RV multiple times to have warranty work completed over 4 years and work has not been completed. I have tried multiple times to work with the company to get the items fixed as agreed and every time trailer was brought to them, which each time they had the trailer for weeks, no work was completed. Always some excuse of employers leaving, mishandled paperwork, no return phone calls, cant find parts they confirmed they had before trailer was brought to them, the excuses go on and on. They finally agree to reimburse us for all work we did on our own to fix issues and now they do not want to stand behind their agreements and expect us to absorb cost for their inept ability to meet agreements and warranty work. They agree they mishandled our account but refuse to stand behind thier product. Looking to be reimbursed for all invoices submitted to them with pictures to back up work. Company has work orders listing all items they should have fixed but did not, which backs into invoices submitted by me. I have tried to work with business for 4 years and 3 months to bring to resolution, to no avail. Asked to speak to owner but continue to get run around.
