  Brian K B. K. TREE SERVICE on 5/18/23 Trespassed onto my property 8 trees were removed from my neighbors yard, by using my unauthorized yard, BK Tree service destroyed my shed, ( woodchipper machine chute was turned right into my shed ) gauged my siding, ruined my new grass seed and dirt ran over 4 times with Boom truck and commercial chipper right to the corner of my house. My well is also located right on the corner of house where they brought trucks up to and on. I have copious amounts of big woodchipper chips all over my yard and inside of shed is piled into it. Even up in the metal rafters. I tried to reach out to Brian, had a date set to meet to show him the damages upon good will to rectify. He ended up blowing me off on the date we agreed upon and time, he was very abusive and fouled language on phone. And told me to Get a Fen Lawyer. I have videos of him and neighbor trespassing and doing the damage. I've reached out to the *********** and have yet to find his active license # or insurance #. Business shows two different addresses **************** And ***************************** ****** ** ***** is this a legit business? Owner also shows as a ********************* at ****************************. *********. On **.Gov **** ******* nor neighbor has yet to rectify the damages that has occurred on my property. Business card photo attached was found online. And last video shows Brian seeing part of the damages to my shed, and blew it off. Also, neighbor trying to cover up tire indentations in my new grass seed and dirt. I have more photos and videos if needed. I called the *********** ********* to try and get insurance info, was not able to do so. They did know of this Company and suggested to file with BBB. Thank you for your help.

  ***************** said we trespassed on her  property without permission as we understoond her neighbor whom we were doing the work for said that we had permission to use her yard. As for the shed it is not a wooden shed it's a plastic one and her neighbor offered to buy her a new one. They cost about 400.00 but she refused.  There is no way the aerial truck would of run over her lawn 4 times with the chipper. Brian did reach out to her about the plastic shed but she would not accept him buying a new one or her neighbor buying a new one. When asked to see the video she did not reply. She also stated she called the ********** and she said the told her to file with the BBB, I can't believe that. We had the town contract for years. Also we are fully insured. Our address is *****************. My accountant probably didn't change it when we moved from *****************. It shows Gail M as owner because I am the owner so why would she ask if it's a legit business we are registered with the state.

  Brian BK Tree service Did Not have permission to tresspass on my property 1st of All and MOST of all and that's illegal.  And did Not offer to pay for anything. HE DID NOT even come see ALL the damage his company did as agreed to and planned. He was very vulgar on phone when I called and told him I was on my way to meet him as planned.  He stated he was going out to F en dinner and to get a F en attorney. 

  The Shed is a Canvas shed that was filled with 8 trees of woodchips along with my backyard.  That requires it all to be Sucked up.. to big not mulch like. Video and pictures shows it.  Along with Boom truck and chipper going over my new grass seed and loam that was planted right up to my well and side of my house where my siding was gouged all the way across in 3 spots.   My neighbor offered to replace shed, BK Tree service Had never offered to take care of damages, I was expected to install, clean up the 8 trees worth of woodchips and new dirt, grass seed and siding that was damaged.  I asked numerous times for insurance info, as to I Don't want him, his Co nor my untrusted neighbor on my property.  As of this date I still have Not received his insurance information and legally has to be presented.

  Also, They never called me I had to call them track down Not only his business #  which I called on the 21st no return call either. Then I was was able to get his cell phone # from ********* Called his cell #  on the 22nd of May talk to Brian on coming to see all the damages he and his company did. He was very rude on this call but admitted he should have Not Trespassed without my permission. And agreed to meet me on the 24th around 5:30 6pm.  ON the 24th of May, I drove up to house as agreed called him on the way almost there and that's when he blew me off and started to swear at me. Photos of all history calls on his business # and cell# are attached on this. Also, I contacted the attorney generals office and they to said to file with BBB.   Again, if they are insured then why hasn't the insurance information being provided?
