      I placed an order with Story Boards on September 26, and my first shipping label was created September 27. They didn't ship my photos so I tried to no avail to contact them October 3rd. On October 7 I received apologies and a promise to send my photos. October 9th my second shipping label was created. As of, October ******** still has not received my package. They promote orders ship within 24 hours and charge a monthly membership fee.

I believe you have filed a complaint for the incorrect company, as we do not provide physical orders and cannot locate your name or email in our system.

      I believe you are looking to reach a company by the name of Storyboards.io, with which Storyboard That has absolutely no affiliation.

      I request that you please withdraw this complaint, as we believe it was filed in error. Liane Hicks, Manager of Customer Success with Storyboard That has reached out to you via email regarding this error as well.

      I accepted a free trial which cost 1.00 on 12/12/22. I did not want an ongoing subscription to this company. However, they are using deceptive practices by not allowing you to cancel their subscription or charges. I have to date been charged nearly ****** and still cannot cancel the subscription. I have tried and tried through even phone calls. Their site is set up with no way to access and cancel. When you go under help it shows you how to supposedly cancel but when you are on the site it doesnt give you the options described in the instructions. I feel they are fraudulently charging likely many people, like myself, who have tried to stop the charges to no avail. This is why I am contacting the BBB because I dont know how else to stop these thieves. And when youre actually logged in you cant even get to the help page etc. Ill attach pictures below.
