    In November 2023, I hired Two Tall Global to build a website for me. I paid them $1500.00 at that time. I didn't like the first version they came up with. They made most of the corrections I asked for at that time. But some they never corrected, such as that they put a wrong wording of the title of my site into ****** search. Included in the fee I paid is that Two Tall Global was to maintain my site for one year. In May 2023, I told *****************************, the owner, that my site was getting zero traffic, and I asked him what could be done. ****** said that if we added two opening pages with keywords in them, so that readers could click through all three pages in succession, this would solve my problem by increasing visits. The fee for the extra work was $200, which I paid in late May or early June 2023. I also made PowerPoint slides of the two new pages, as I wanted them, and gave those to ******. So all he had to do was upload them onto the site. I wasn't happy with the result. ******** team inverted the text and images on the new pages, so the images are at the top and much too large. I laid out the pages with the images at the bottom to ensure visitors realize there is text on the pages. They also did weird things like abbreviating the name "******" to "****." There was no reason to do that. The biggest problem is that the amended website does not open to the new pages, but rather to the original main page. The new pages can only be accessed via a menu bar at the top. That is not what I asked for and not what ****** promised me. I have asked him repeatedly to fix the site so that it corresponds to what we agreed on and what I paid for. ***************************** has always been slow to respond to texts and emails. Now, he will not respond to me at all. I need him to finish the job.
