    Agreed to sell us seasoned firewood in 16" lengths but delivered green, wet wood (measured on hygrometer), in lengths too long for our wood stove. Unusable product resulted in our not being able to use our family room for a winter/spring. ***** remained unresponsive to messages to resolve the situation. Has now resorted to name-calling on ******** and shouting abuse as he drives by the house. Not sure why he would be mad at us -- HE ripped US off! Unprofessional and immature.
