    The owner of this *** store, ***, refuses to follow amazons rules for returns, and has now cost me $100 by refusing to follow the procedures outlined by amazon. He is rude and condescending. Avoid this location, as well as this owners other location in *******, MA, at all costs.

    First let me publicly apologize for not meeting your expectations with your Amazon return transaction. We follow the Amazon return program as outlined by ******* Store home office. Not all Amazon return transactions are processed the same way, there are 4 different types of returns.     I visit this location at least once or twice a week and its just awful. First off the staff cannot keep up with the demands of the customer base in this area no matter how many new members they hire. Secondly, stop treating the customers like garbage because you feel hassled they are shipping large packages. Your job is to accept items, pack them and ship them, thats it, dont comment on how large an item is, stop hassling customers because we dont understand changes with Amazons shipping policies, and treat us with respect and practice customer service. I was appalled witnessing the owner/manager of this place going off on a customer because the guy didn't understand Amazons new policies which changed recently. This place needs to either revamped its training of new staff or just close the place. The best employee you had is gone and now the new staff is a bunch of directionless robots.

    STAY AWAY!The owner is very rude. He goes out of his way to irritate customers. His name is *****************, the owner of the Franklin Village ***, and he is the most condescending person I've ever encountered. Tiny, short guy with dark hair.Today, I went in with a box that already had the shipping label on it. I just needed one 12" piece of tape to seal the box. Apparently, there is an upcharge/service fee of $2. I may have considered it except for his (*********************) attitude. I explained that another *** store did it for me. I mean, how ***** is the *** Store to charge for a piece of tape? As much as you pay for shipments they can pay for the **** tape. Its little things like this that make me never want to go back there for shipping. So, what did I do? I took my box back to my car and taped it up with old *** receipts that I had in the glove box and then walked back in, patiently waited in line again, and handed over my sealed box. I don't think he was thrilled when he overhead me say, "I thought outside of the box."This location is an ******************** as well. If you want your return package handled properly, this is not the return center for you. What you will witness is a total lack of respect. He carelessly throws the packages into their bins or around the overflowing bins with no care whatsoever. He does this right IN FRONT OF YOU!I can only conclude that his patronizing attitude and condescending behavior boils down to insecurity, fear, need for self-importance and arrogance. In short, he is a bully to his customers. I am glad to see that other reviewers (GO TO YELP!) with similar negative experiences with this ******************** location owner took the time to post.
