    I hired Mr. ******* ********************** to renovate my condo at ******************************************************** I paid the full amount of the invoice of $32,950, plus $1500 to Mr. ********************** as an emergency fund that he promised to return after a few days and gave me a discount of the project on 12/4/2022. Mr. ********************** didn't return to my project ever since and I was unable to reach him. I paid for renovation of a full bathroom, a kitchenette with 3 base cabinets, 1 wall cabinet, quartz countertop, sink and kitchen island, and others. Currently it is bare wall. I have no lights, no water, no toilet or bath, ... It is not a livable space for 6 months since it was demolished in August 2022. I have complained to Mr. ********************** several times about the significant delay. Now, Mr. ********************** has abandoned the project. In his message "I want to finish your project but I don't know how." I tried to work out a solution but was unable to talk to him in the past 2 months. The attached file is the invoice/contract that describes the work, and pictures of current state. I request a refund of $17,860. The breakdowns are described on page 6-9. Most are based on the price Mr. ********************** gave for the material or jobs, which are marked as "per quote". Some are estimates of the cost to finish what Mr. ********************** has worked on but didn't complete.

    I hired a contractor to remodel ******************* in September 2022. He almost completed in November 2022. He has several small projects to complete and has not returned my texts or calls. I received a few calls from a stone company stating that he has not paid them for my stone countertop and install. I paid ******* Cameron the contractor $3400 on 11.16.22 for the stone countertop and install. It seems as if he has not paid them yet. The stone company is stating that they will try to place a lien on my condo if he does not pay. I am livid.
