    We moved into our Rose ***** condo on 12/31/2013 (***************************************************************************). At that time we purchased storage unit #**. In July 2016, we purchased a second storage unit #** for $**00.00. On July 12, 2016, we were told by ***************************** of PSR in a email that an attorney would draft the deed this week.In 20**, when we refinanced, we were made aware that storage unit #** was not recorded. We tried to contact ***************************** at PSR Real Estate several times, but we had no response. We contacted the condo ***** ******** ******** They reached out, with no success, but told ** PSR, the developer, had to handle this matter. In February we contacted our ************************* They forwarded the matter to CAF. CAF sent several letters to PSR, with no results. This was February through May 2023. (Typo on their first letter: 02/02/2022, should be 02/02/2023.)If you could please contact PSR Real Estate and have them record storage unit #** at the ****************************** as they said they would do, we would appreciate it.

    This entity that the complaint was filed against has nothing to do with the Residences at Rose ***** Condominium. The complaint is against an LLC.

    This complaint is not relevant or applicable to this business and should be deleted.

    The companys name that I am dealing with is PSR Real Estate at **********************************************************. I have also seen it listed as maybe Charlestown MA? I am not sure who Charlestown Commerce Center is? They do have the same address. *********************** ********** ********************** / email ***************************** is a Founding Partner at PSR. She is the person who I was dealing with who said she would have the lawyer add our storage unit to our deed. She also seems to be listed as the Commercial Property Manager/Owner of ******* Development, LLC, maybe they all three are associated? This is very confusing! I did find another addresses:

    As stated prior, the complaint is not against any Charlestown Business. Nor is it against PSR Real Estate (which is simply a real estate broker, and was not involved with the transaction she is writing about).

    Her complaint is against PF ******* LLC which is not related to any entity that she listed. 

    This complaint should be deleted and is not relevant.

    Her complaint has been forwarded to the appropriate party and is being addressed by the attorney.

    Better Business Bureau:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ********. Please add your rejection comments below; if you do not provide any details, your complaint will be closed as Answered. 

    Until our deed has been updated with the ******************************, I do not think this should be closed. The response that the attorney will be contacted was the same response that was originally given and no action was ever taken. Again, I do not think it should be closed until we have proof that our deed is updated.
