    I CAN'T USE MY NEW KEYBOARD SINCE THE ENTER KEY IS PLACED TOO FAR AWAY BECAUSE THE BACKWARD SLASH KEY AND BRACKET KEY IS IN FRONT OF THE ENTER KEY, PLACING IT TOO FAR RIGHT. THIS IS NOT A STANDARD KEYBOARD. I'VE BEEN TYPING SINCE I WAS 16 YEARS OLD ON A MANUAL TYPEWRITER AND NEVER SAW A KEYBOARD LIKE THIS ONE. EVER TIME I CALL HIM AND HE PROMISES TO COME AT A CERTAIN TIME AND ***, HE DELIBERATELY AVOIDS COMING. I BELIEVE IT MAY BE BECAUSE HE KNOWS THAT HE CANNOT REPLACE THE NEW KEYBOARD WITH MY OLD ONE BECAUSE IT IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE COMPUTER IN WHICH TO PLUG IT INTO. I AM IN MY EIGHTIES AND HAVE ARTHRITIS AND CANNOT REACH THE ENTER KEY. I CANNOT OPEN THE INTERNET. [TECH] ***** TRANSFERRED ALL INFO FROM MY OLD COMPUTER AND NOW I DO NOT HAVE ****** CHROME FOR EMAIL INSTEAD I HAVE *** AND MY FINANCE FILE AND HEALTH FILES ARE NOT RECOGNIZING MY PASSWORD TO ENABLE ME TO OPEN FILES. I CANNOT SCAN ANY DOCS ON MY PRINTER BECAUSE THE COMPUTER DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE PRINTER. I RECEIVE EMAILS IN MY ARCHIVE FILE AS WELL AS THE ****** I WAS SUPPOSED HAVE VIRUS PROTECTION INSTALLED AND NORTON AND MCAFEE VIRUS PROTECTION POP UP AND SAY THEY HAVE EXPIRED. I DON'T KNOW IF OR WHAT VIRUS PROTECTION HE INSTALLED IN MY NEW COPUTER OR EVEN IF I HAVE PROTECTION AT ALL. WHEN I GO ON SEARCH FOR A FILE, INTERNET INFORMS ME IT CANNOT FIND FILE. WON'T OPEN PDF FILES. DOCUMENTS FILE 9/23/22 CANNOT OPEN MANY MANY FILES. EMAILS I HAVE SAVED IN MY OWN FOLDER, I CANNOT OPEN. *******. ******** (*****) CONVINCED ME TO UPGRADE MY COMPUTER WHEN I HAD HIM FIX MY OLD COMPUTER. I AGREED. bOUGHT IT IN SEPTEMBER 2022 AND PAID $850.00 FOR COMPUTER, KEYBOARD AND MOUSE. I ALREADY HAD THE MONITOR. AS MENTIONED I CANNOT USE MY PRINTER TO SCAN TO UPLOAD MY RECEIPT FOR YOU BUT I HAVE A COPY OF IT AS WELL AS MY CHECK TO PROVE PAYMENT. I CAN **** MAIL IT TO YOUR ADDRESS IN MARLBOROUGH IF YOU NEED TO SEE IT. HE ACCEPTED PAYMENT THE *** HE INSTALLED THE EQUIPMEMT. AND HAS NOT RESPONDED TO MY MANY CALLS OR MAKES APPOINTMENTS, BUT DOES NOT SHOW UP OR CALL CAUSING UNDUE FRUSTRATION ON MINE AND MY HUSBAND'S PART SINCE WE DO USE AND NEED THE COMPUTER EVERY *** BUT ARE UNABLE TO DO WHAT WE DID ON THE OLD COPUTER. THE OLD COMPUTER HAS BEEN DESTROYED UNFORTUNATELY ,HOWEVER, I STILL HAVE MY OLD KEYBOARD AND MOUSE.HIS NAME IS ******************************* ,FIRSTCALL COMPUTERS, *********************************************************** AND IS THE ***** AND TECH WHO WORKS OUT OF HIS HOUSE. I SELECTED HIM INSTEAD OF GOING TO A LARGE TECHNICAL BUSINESS TO HELP HIM ACHIEVE THE AMERICAN DREAM BUT HE FAILED TO STAND BEHIND HIS WORK. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED BY THE WAY HE HAS DONE BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY TO THOSE OF ** WHO ARE ELDERLY WHO DO NOT HAVE ANY TECHNICAL EXPERTISE. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP AND/OR SUGGESTIONS IN THE HOPES OF BEING ABLE TO USE MY NEW COMPUTER.

    I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint.  Can you suggest what I must do now?   My computer is not functioning as it should and, in fact, I am receiving popups indicating that my computer has many viruses. 

    I thought when I bought this computer he said he included a virus protection.  Why isn't it working?  I am very disappointed in him.  He didn't come to our appointments we made or call to make another appt. if he couldn't make it.

    I had to continue calling.  Much like it is now since he will not respond.
