I reached out to Dynamowebstudio.com to build be an app. Its been a year now and i paid them 35k to build two applications. I haven't heard from them since i engaged last year. Their numbers are not going through and i visited the address on file but i was told the company with that name doesn't have any offices in the building.Initial Complaint

March 13, 2023 I was promised a custom-built website with an *** link to my local MLS within 2 weeks of this date. To this date i still have no website and this company is trying to say that the *** would cost an additional amount of money. To which I replied that "NO my original cost included the work to connect the *** link". Still to this date as of today, 7 months later, NO website. The only thing I have been given for my money is excuses. I have been asking for a full refund for 2 months now to which I only receive more excuses and more empty promises.Customer Answer

We paid Dynamo Web Studio a $1500 retainer on 20 Feb 23 to produce a professional website to our design and specifications (provided). For months, the process entailed endless revisions as a result of their failure and lack of ability to provide our desired end result. After months of frustration, on 20 Jun 23, I requested a full refund of the retainer paid. On 23 Jun 23, I was assured via formal email from their management a refund was pending and would be issued within 14 business days. Throughout the aforementioned period I asked for periodical updates. Those requests fell on deaf ears. The window clearly expired, and the refund to date with our creditor has not posted. In short, we paid for an end product we didn't receive or get. They have our money. In ****** term, they stole it. I first found this website by looking into having my website created and designed. this was around June 23, 2023, I was given a quote of $300 for the development of the website and functionality of the product **** and the integration of the products by contacting drop shippers is what the associate from Dynamo Web Studio had initially requested and promised. on June 25, 2023, I went ahead and paid the $300. From there on June 29, 2023, I was then asked to pay $1600 more for the hosting and marketing. On that same day I went ahead and paid the $1600. On June 30, 2023, Dynamo Web Studio was to reserve a server for my website and conduct the social media campaigns. They promised me that by the next Monday which would have been June 03, 2023, I should have the website updated link. Monday came and went and nothing. all of our communications were done through either emailing, texting, or using Teamwork Platform. I had tried to communicate by phone call but was unable to understand any employee of Dynamo Web Studio because they all had a very thick ascent. I explained this to them, and they really could do anything since all of their employees were in the same content. So, because of this issue I requested not once but on several occasions that I needed everything in writing. I stated to Dynamo Web Studio on all the details in what exactly I was wanting for them to provide for me which was what I had paid and what exactly I was going to receive for the payments. In return from them I only received a quick description of other information or details that I didn't even know exactly what was sent to me I think it was programming dialogs?? Or hardware dialogs?? Abbreviations?? Or what not?? Or what exactly the writing described for the payment I had made to Dynamo Web Studio was not the same as the company had covered over texting on my phone By this time, I am starting to have a bit of doubts and that gut feeling starts to stir up my stomach. On July 07, 2023, the logo for the website was created, the domain name was also purchased and reserved is what Dynamo Web Studios stated to me. on the 11th of July I was being set up on a call with Dynamo Web Studio personal attorney so that we could get the trademark set up not only in this country but in 46 other countries so that my website could be aired there as well. I was told that I did not have to pay any fees being that I was conducting business with Dynamo Web Studio. At this time, I was asked to go ahead and make another payment but this time they bumped it up a bit to $1925. for all the trademarks. What was strange and different is how much in a hurry they were in getting me to go and deposit this amount as soon as possible to them. it was also strange on how they wanted me to pay them they requested two gift cards from ******* and so I went and purchased two vanilla gift cards which I was unable to get the cards to go through on the link that they provided for me, so Dynamo Web Studio requested me to take a picture of the cards and send it to them which I did. But no luck. The next morning i get up and first thing i check was the balance on the card, it went from $500 to $4.95 I looked at the transactions which were all debit transactions from Nars Cosmetics each of $70.92 and one transaction from some Arub bus line of only $1.92 I immediately asked them if the payment had finally went through with the cards and they stated that no payments had went through and that they had not made those transaction on the card. So, I decided to ask the representative of Dynamo Web Studio for a supervisor because I needed a full refund which as of today, I have not been refunded for a horrible experience all the way around! I am reporting this because I am a 80 year old woman that's barley making it being that I am on a fixed income and all the money I put up to this fraudulent so called company i borrowed from friend and family and now I am stuck to pay them and with nothing but one single page of an unintegrated un socialized in the media and un programmed for me the owner to use !!! I am going to also report them through ftc department because I feel like this company should pay back not only my money but should be stopped at the full extent of the law from ever doing this again to anyone else!Initial Complaint

This company initially popped up while I was visiting Shopify online. They pretended to work with them, but by the time I realized they were a different company I had already paid money which they refused to refund. They set up a dummy website for me and did not provide my LLC or copyrighted logo. They disconnected all the contact numbers I had for them *****************-221-8014, ************, and ************. They can now be reached at ************, but they hang up when they find out it's me. My bank statement showed their address as ******************************************************. (This appears to be a residence). The previous complaint posted about Dynamo Web Studio is very valid from their client, experienced the same. It started with site development only to start my business viralelectrons.com (which they did complete). I was then sold on full site management for a year, and have received almost zero documentation of what I have paid for or data on progress, and what has actually been implemented (DMCA/ADA/Trademark/Hosting). I am not writing this because my website hasn't been successful, I am writing this to state this company does not actually implement/follow-through/monitor anything they guarantee in their offer. Site went down for a bit when I called them out on it. Please feel free to call me, I am an educated Tech Professional that unfortunately fell for a scam web developer. ************. - Invested a total of $11,508.00 - can provide breakdown and bank statements - Of the invested, spent $2,000 on ************ to include ****************** to be created on May 7, 2022. Dynamo stated Instagram was on hold due to verification, can provide proof they created page for marketing posts was created October 20th after I called them out.- Have both bank statements and communication via text and email we have $3,500.00 left for Ad spend, I ended business relationship on November 4th, they will not refund. They are not even closely following through with my investment, I don't want anyone else to go through this, just want it documented and resolution from Dynamo from my experience. The content of our site is stored on a ****** Cloud Platform account (GCP) for which we paid Dynamo approximately $2000 to establish. We have learned that they will not release to us the login information required to access it, and that only Dynamo can access the **** This was never our intention. We paid for it. We need to access it.The site (https://dkjarchitects.com/) functioned properly online for less than a week. It now has the online appearance of being flagged by ****** for deceptive content and vulnerabilities. This is very suspicious, since when submitted for a ****** Transparency Report (https://transparencyreport.google.com/safe-browsing/search) the site consistently comes up clean.Dynamo has now approached us requesting another $2000 to repair a corrupted site. The obvious conclusion is that if it is actually is corrupted, it is Dynamo which created a flawed site and therefore failed in their services to us. While on the Dynamo web Studio website I was greeted by a pop-up chat box soliciting my business. I determined that they could provide the website that we needed for a reasonable price and paid a bit extra to expedite the process. They missed the first deadline of 2 weeks. When returning from vacation our contact person was out on medical leave and we were turned over to another person. He continued to send us a mock up of the website and ask for revisions. Then we were contacted by his "boss" explaining that we needed more money to reserve data space on the ****** cloud. No one had ever said anything about this fee. We had several conversations with me trying to understand why this was necessary. I finally asked for my money back saying I would find someone else to host. In the last conversation I was told that I would receive an email. The email never came. I have emailed, texted and called. The phone says they are not available. The chat on the website says they are not online at this time. There has been no response, and no ability to contact the company.Business Response
