      I signed up to their ****** Gemini Trusted Testers Survey on February 4 ******** have to search on Gemini over 1 hour a week and use the same email as registered and it pays 10 dollars a week.But they changed that on March 4 2025 to 2700 people get paid,and that may not be ***********,they actually promised everyone 10 dollars a week and a month in changed that..Shady.I have been doing this for 6 weeks now and never received anything from them.And a bunch of other people have been complaining on the site of non payment also.They sent me a survey to prove that I have been searching with Gemini and the survey does not work I wrote them three times and got one generic response and nothing said about the survey that does not work.I have all my search history proving that I followed instructions but their survey does not work to show my search history,it actually does not work for all the other people who took it,they were also posting that on the survey *******,it looks as if a bunch of people are not getting paid like promised on this survey site,yet they still send out new surveys and expect you to participate.They also send generic response to any questions,never answered a single question..and it takes over a week for a generic response.They seem totally fraudulent to me and need to pay the members that they promised to pay, including myself.

      I experienced login issues and reached out to the company for help logging in. I was informed that their automatic system had flagged me as providing false information and that they would not respond further to any contact from me, I have participated for the past ~10 years, thoughtfully answering questions and participating in a number of types of projects. It is clear this company sees me and other members who thoughtfully contribute as expendable to their bottom line based on false information from a flawed tool. I know this company will not respond to complaints filed here, but its important that users and potential partners can access accurate information about how C Space currently conducts their business.

      I have numerous expired rewards that I never used and reached out to have re-sent to me. I was first told to contact the virtual reward center for help. I responded that I tried and they don't help (this issue has also happened in the past). Was then told someone would contact me...still no response. C Space app does not alert me when I'm sent a reward, which leads to them expiring before I can use as I'm only given a short time to redeem them

      I was told I would be receiving rewards that I never received for being part of a ****** Bard panel.(I am now in a different ****** Bard panel which does not pertain to this complaint) I have emailed over 50 times and they still have not made things right. I have already filed a complaint against ****** and they are wanting to know if C Space has made things right.

      Hello, I have been testing bard, the artificial intelligence for more than two months, the c space community promised a reward of $10 per week, I have not received any payment in 2 months, it is very disappointing, and the customer service does ignoring complaints I atached al the proof of participation

      Like a lot of other people I was invited to participate in testing of ******** "Bard" AI product.The requirements were; test for at least 60 mins/week and fill out any survey we send you.In return I'd get $10/week.Sounds easy right?Well, the company then goes absolutely silent. I do my testing/week (using the provided demo account) and I fill in my survey (when I get them...) - but after close to TWO months of doing so I have been paid NOTHING.Emails are ignored.Comments on the forum are ignored.I hope ****** sees these complaints and picks another partner than this company...

      On 10/24/2023 I received an email saying I had been removed from the *************** I have always thoughtfully answered question in surveys and replied thoughtfully to the conversations. They have allowed some members to post one word replies to earn credits for monthly contributions instead of thoughtfully answering them. It is those who should be removed to make space for new members instead of those who provide thoughtful content.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. I have been reading many online say they have had bad experiences with Cspace. It's a shame that a company will suddenly remove you when you have done what was requested of you. They did not even give me a chance to say goodbye to those I have worked with. 

      Many in this community post one word replies to discussions to earn monthly participation credits where I provided thorough responses.

      I started participating in doing a project called Bard for C-Space in August. I was told if I participated for the required amount of time every week, that I would be rewarded for my participation. I recently reached two months of doing projects for C-Space but as of yet, have only been rewarded THREE times although they owe me for eight weeks of participation. That means that they owe me for five weeks that I fulfilled the assignments for them. I was taking the rewards in the form of $10 virtual **** cards, which means they owe me $50. I emailed them several times and even wrote complaints on several of the site's forums. Still, no response.

      I was a member of their community that was testing ******** Bard AI. I had completed testing for the weeks beginning August 28, 2023 and September 4, 2023, but did not receive the $10 a week compensation for doing so. I contacted the community moderators about this on September 15, 2023, but only received an automated response stating that they were receiving a high volume of emails and it may take a while for them to respond. Meanwhile, I continued to do the weekly testing for the week of September 11, 2023 as usual.On September 18, 2023 I received an email from them stating that I was being terminated from the community for not completing the weekly testing for the past three weeks. This caught me by surprise as it is completely untrue, so I replied back telling them as much. But after sending them this reply and several more over the past few weeks, I still have not received any responses from them except for another automated one.I don't know what kind of shoddy records their moderators are keeping, but I completed the testing for those last three weeks I was in the community and want to be properly compensated for it. I feel I had to take this step of filing a complaint because they won't even engage in discussion with me, which is shameful and dishonest.P.S. - The two pictures I uploaded along with this complaint are screenshots I took after completing the weekly testing survey for the week of September 4, 2023. When they sent the email terminating me on September 18, 2023 they said I hadn't completed the testing for the past three weeks, but these screenshots show that I did indeed complete it during one of those weeks (I did it for the other two weeks as well, I just didn't take screenshots of it).

      I was told that if I tested with Bard for 60 minutes a week on website that they provided, and if I completed the surveys weekly, I would be paid 10 dollars a week for using Bard. I fulfilled my end of the bargain, spent 353 minutes using Bard, and did the weekly surveys. I was locked out of my account and was told that I did not fulfill the requirements, which I did. They lied and locked me out and I did not receive ANY compensation!
