    We hired this company originally back in October of 2021 to provide bartendering services and wait staff for my wedding. I was in contact with *****, who is the owner, who was very receptive at this time. We mailed out the deposit to ***** around October 27th to secure our wedding. I then reached out April 12th to ask for a host liquor liability insurance that needed to be provided to our venue. I was told that he would speak with his insurance agent. At this time I also asked for a suggested shopping list to stock the bar for his staff. His original quote stated the wrong location for the wedding and wrong date. It contained the correct number or staffing that we requested though.I reached out early February and he didn't have my wedding day on the his schedule despite having our deposit which was cashed.I emailed him back on April 26th because I had not heard back and had no reply. I emailed again on May 3rd with no reply. I then called on May 23rd and spoke with him. At this time he also told me to text him rather than email or call because it is the the best way to reach him. He also stated to ask any questions. I was provided with the shopping list on the 24th which I asked for. It did not provide suggested amounts and I later asked for clarification on amounts of mixers. He later provided the information to our venue on the 25th. I texted him on Thursday June 8th to ask for suggested amounts. I also asked for clarification on if his staff sliced lemons ect. He responded back stating "Listen, I'm sorry this is really getting to be really more than I bargained for. Can you find another company? I will give you a full refund"I informed him that this was 9 days before the wedding and that there is no way to find someone new. I also stated that if the questions were too much that he can show up with his staff and I will figure it out. He never messaged me back. On Sunday June 12th, less than 1 week before the wedding he confirmed he was not coming.
