I took my perfectly working laptop to Doghouse for a broken hinge. Once I received it back, it worked for a few hours, and then the screen went out. I took it back, they repaired it. It worked for a day, and stopped working again. I took it back, and the guy working on the computers, Nick, was very unprofessional, rude, combative, and disrespectful. As soon as I stated that my laptop was not working again, he said, “What you trying to say; this my fault!” He continued to go on laughing and saying that he wasn’t going to work on my computer, because it was now a liability. I asked him why was he being so disrespectful to me, and stated, that he hadn’t talked to anyone else the way he was talking to me. He yelled, “So, what you trying to say, I’m racist.” I asked for a refund. He refused, laughed, and walked off. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received. Now, I will say, the young lady who works there, Ashey, was very kind and professional. But, I absolutely do not recommend this business.

When your laptop arrived at my store, it was hanging on by the screen cable. Laptop hinges don’t break, so that already tells me that you don’t have a clue what you’re talking about. I replaced your lcd back cover. When you came in the second time, you had already jarred the screen loose again. I fixed it a second time at no charge. When you came in the third time, you were having an unrelated power issue with your battery. When I tried to explain this to you, you started ranting about how it worked so great when you brought it in. Maam your laptop has been mistreated for years. When I told you that I’m not refunding your money because the issue was unrelated, you called an attorney and implied that I was racist. I’ve never been so offended in my life. I’ve been serving Lafayette for a decade and my reputation is stellar. If you wouldn’t been so rude, you would’ve left with a working laptop. But since you wanted to insult me, I’m no longer willing to help you.
