My family has been a customer of Custom Security Systems, Inc. for our home security needs. Unfortunately, when we recently tried to cancel our service, we were met with a frustrating response. The company informed us that we had signed a contract requiring us to pay around $384.45 to terminate the service, even though we no longer live at the property due to foreclosure. The house also doesn’t have electricity anymore, but the point is that we are not leaving because we want to, but is the unreasonable business practice Custom Security enforces of kicking a customer down, when they are already financially bankrupt. We made Custom Security Systems aware of our financial difficulties and the fact that the house will be sold at auction next month. Despite this, they insisted on enforcing a "lock tight" agreement, expecting us to continue paying monthly for a service at a house we no longer occupy. It seems unreasonable and unfair that they would expect us to pay for security services on an empty property that no longer belongs to us. We are disappointed that the company was unwilling to consider our situation or offer any flexibility. This experience has left us feeling unsupported during an already difficult time. We believe that Custom Security Systems, Inc. should be more understanding and accommodating, especially in cases of financial hardship and property foreclosure.

We always try to work with our customers, and looking at your account, we reduced some of the fees owed. However, we will reach out to you to further discuss your account to see what else we may be able to work out.

We couldn't be more pleased with the service received today from your technician **** *********. **** was very professional, very thorough, and went above and beyond to be sure we were up and running as soon as possible. He explained everything that needed to be done and why and how much it would cost which we greatly appreciated. In addition we would like to thank the ladies who took our initial call for help (we called twice actually). They also were very helpful, calm and reassuring. They listened attentively to our issues and never tried to rush us or cut us short. We have used Custom Security for over 30 years and have always been very pleased with your service. We got a whole house alarm system with Custom Secutiy as well as cameras and a smoke detector. Everyone we have dealt with have been noting but nice, knowledgeable and friendly. When you call, somebody will answer the phone promptly and get you the help you need!Custom Security Systems, Inc
