    I had Window World replace half of my windows several years ago and was very pleased with the price, quality and efficiency of installation. I recently had them come back and replace the other half and was just as pleased this time. I highly recommend them.

    This has been one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. I had all the windows in my hole replaced. No one had communicated with me at all from the time I ordered my windows up until the installation date. I called them and there were rude and dismissive. I was treated very poorly. I reached out to the salesman who was extremely kind when selling me the windows, about my experience and didn’t even get a response. However, the second day of the install it was discovered that he misquoted the number of windows and the overall price, he missed a window. He certainly text me to advise that they would be adding an additional $479 to the overall price. I tried to reach out to someone regarding the mishap and ask if something could be done for my inconvenience and poor experience and was told by the lady at the office that tell me I should have known how many windows I had because I’m the owner, and proceeds to raise her voice and talk at me like I’m a child. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told I couldn’t, because they are about to close for the day, and they are leaving the county next week. I text the salesman to ask to have a manager contact me and he responds and I quote ‘Don’t worry, I’m paying for your window myself’. ‘You win, I’ll eat it. In reality I’ve certainly lost. I’m now stuck with windows that have a lifetime warranty with a company that treated me like I wasn’t even a human being. I felt sad, and extremely defeated in the end.

    Spoke with the Customer this afternoon! I have apologized for the inconvenience, and told her I wanted her to be comfortable and confident with her window purchase!  After a lengthy conversation I believe we have rectified the situation.

    I spoke to Kendra today and she was extremely apologetic. I greatly appreciate her calling me to address my concerns and listen to me speak about my experience! She was professional and seemed to genuinely care. So glad we were able to rectify the situation and I’m much happier now!
