      I do NOT recommend the Springdale Ar location. Brought our basically brand new van (11,000 miles) to have it looked over and they didn’t complete the work they claimed to. They didn’t check the tracks, didn’t check the tie down brackets, didn’t check and adjust the tire pressure, didn’t fill any of the fluids, I honestly don’t know if they did anything they claimed to have done. All the stuff I could easily check for myself wasn’t done. When I showed them what wasn’t done it was nothing but excuses or acting like that’s not what is clearly on the printout. Then after I had paid and left I called to try to talk to someone to see what had happened with having such a bad experience but instead of getting an explanation I got told by the front desk worker that “I know you just don’t want to pay for your services”. Wow really, I had already paid and left to travel the 2& 1/2 hrs back home with my disabled daughter and her nurse. I told her I had no problem paying for the services but I expected the services to be done! She said the General Manager was on the phone but would call me back but of course I never heard back. This is unacceptable! You claim you will do this whole long list of services for $235 but I don’t trust that you did anything because things were clearly not done and the excuses given were “I must have missed/overlooked it”, “we only make sure it’s filled to the minimum “, “there was a fan blowing beside me the whole time so it probably blew that stuff in there”, and “we don’t touch any OME fluids” (so the only fluids they look at is the washer fluid and don’t fill it as long as it’s touching the minimum line). Ridiculous Customer Service especially for a place that is supposed to serve the disabled! I wanted to make sure my disabled daughter would be safe riding around but now I’m going to have to find another service center to go to just to make sure everything looks right since I can’t trust what they claimed to have done.

      Superior Service from Superior Van & Mobility! I bought my Chrysler Pacific in for service due to some issues I was having getting the van to start. Alex C***, the General Manager, met me out front and got my van into the shop right away. Within 10 minutes the service tech had determined the second battery needed to be replaced and I was out the door and back on the road within 35 minutes. I can't say enough about the way I was treated, it's truly a family atmosphere.

      Took a 2000 F-350 in to get a hydraulic cylinder replaced. Was in there for less than a hour. They charged me for two hours. Asked the woman at the desk about this. She told me is was because two guys worked on it and both deserve to be paid. Never heard of such a thing.

      My father is now confined to a wheelchair and we needed to find my parents a wheelchair accessible vehicle. A friend referred us to Superior in Lexington. From the first time I visited them to start the process, to my parents having a van in their driveway will be just about a 3 week process total. The service at Superior is phenomenal. They made the whole process so easy and so stress-free. I couldn't say enough good things about our experience with them. Shawn has been a blessing and has taken such good care of my parents thru this process.

      This was my first time learning about SVM! My 95yo granny has been forced to be in a wheelchair due to a botched knee surgery 9 years ago. It had been very difficult for her to transition from her wheelchair into a car…so she began using a service called CALL-a-RIDE and one day in December I went with her and my mother. The service picked her up 2 hours before her 45m appointment and didn’t pick her up until 6HOURS LATER!! She was cold, hungry and the business was nice enough to stay open while we waited… after that night I was on a mission to find a SOLUTION for Granny and I did!! Josh Ladd is the most consistent, Dedicated & Guineans person I’ve done business with! He worked with me for months and was patient while I put a plan in place to get granny a van… when I finally gave him the green light… the NEXT DAY he found me the most PERFECT GEM!! It was exactly what my family needed!! The price was amazing, the miles were low and the size was beautiful! I can honestly say I LOVE JOSH AND SUPERIOR VAN & MOBILITY!
