this review is regarding the Shepherdsville store. I took my dog to the dog wash, and the tubs should all be replaced. This is a very old wash, and they should invest to improve the tubs. The people working there are wonderful, but the wash is not.

Keeps mice and rats in empty totes so full they're walking on each other. No bedding or wheel. Always fighting because they keep males together. Nobody cares. They treat animals like garbage. Bought three mice two years ago and two passed day after purchase. One lived a full two years. I really don't recommend this place for anything.

This is the 2nd issue I have had with the LaGrange road location. The first time they overcharged me and I forgot to go back in. On 10/10 I had my dog groomed. They asked for additional permissions which I granted. The next notification I got was that they charge a fee if dog is not picked up within an hour of being ready. I said my husband would be there any minute. They told me no worries because he had arrived and picked the dog up. I was then charged a late fee even though it was within the 1 hr time allotment. I called the store and was told to call back because no one could help me. I went back in a week later and talked to an assistant manager who told me she couldn’t help me and that I would need to come back in next week and talk to the manager when she is back from vacation. It’s a simple return of the boarding fee. The groomer was tipped well for the total bill that included the extra boarding fee.

This review was in regards to the location in Valley station. I brought my two pets in for a full body grooming. At no time was I told that the groomers were still in training. Had I known that, I would not have left my pets. They did a terrible job, injured one pet. And lied about telling me that they were in training. The manager was very very unconcerned, you would have thought the Grooming Salon was a separate entity from the rest of the store. My advice do not bring your pets to this location

This is about deceptive business practices I've encountered twice now at the feeders McMahon Plaza store. They have a sign that's been hanging over the suet cakes for some time now that says buy 12 get one free. First time I went in picked up 12 assorted cakes and grabbed the 13th as my free one. When I went to check out, they stated that they all had to be the same variety. So as not to take them all back I just paid for them all and walked away. Today I went to buy 12 more, so I made sure I got 12 of the same items and grabbed an extra for my free one. When I got to the register, I was told no you had to by 12 boxes of 12 to get one free. Nowhere on this sign does it state that, or does it say they have to be all the same. Just buy 12 get one free. This is about as deceptive a sales practice as I've seen. When Kimberly said does that make sense, I said no, and she stated well that's the way it is. Feeders needs to state what they mean if this many people don't understand your policy. Another reason people are choosing to order offline from out-of-town companies. If you can't treat your customers with respect and pride, you'll lose them.
