    BBB has received numerous complaints concerning unauthorized charges on consumer debit/credit cards. Consumers state they do not know the company or why they would be withdrawing money from their account.

    According to the company's website, if a consumer's account was charged a fee by GoLinkA in May of 2012, it was for the use of either GoLinkA's dialup or email usage since the turn down of services of Skyway on 09/27/2011.

    They further state that GoLinkA was the dialup provider of the Skyway hybrid satellite system & hosted its email as well.

    They state that the consumer's account WILL NOT be charged again. It is a ONE-TIME charge for all services used, however complaints received by BBB allege that some consumers have been charged multiple times.
