    Agreement was made on 1-11-2023 for the purchase and delivery of ****** ******** **** storage building, agreement to deliver on 1-13-2023. Down payment $1000. Total price $4000,, strange they don't charge sales tax. May be hidden. Building never came, truck stuck, then involved in accident and DOT had it impounded awaiting inspection to go back on road-supposedly involved in wreck. Hard to find anyone to talk to or a sales lot with their signs. One in Corbin says their warehouse is in London, but she don't know who owns it. Several times asked for my money back. No contac people, no delivery. Several days later a driver supposedly was in Somerset, ky(Delivery was to be to Monticello)and called me that the building walls was collapsing and wanted to know if I wanted it still delivered. I told him NO, and to instruct people I bought from to refund my money, and I wanted NO Building from there. He called me told me just a few screws came out and the building was perfect. Told him again to refund my money and keep building. Put up for sale again, claims because I refused it he can keep my money.

    We went to Corbin Ky to Cedar Holler Cabins in April 2022 and met with ******* and saw a repo cabin along with other smaller sheds and we discussed we wanted to order a cabin. We picked out style and color etc put down a deposit of $6400 and was told it would take about 14-16 weeks. We told him that time frame would be great to allow us to get everything prepared. July approached and we reached out to ******* to check status and he said all on time. August approached we reached out again and this time he tells us via text he no longer works there and if we need to seek legal notice and gives the owners home address. We have called the company numerous times and left voice mails with no return calls etc. We have talked to local law enforcement and found out this company has several charges against them for fraud. At this point we just want our money back! If you could assist us in anyway we would greatly appreciate your help!
