The problem is providing a stable/ reliable power source with where ** staying. Im staying at Cadiz RV Park. I and the rest of the park have had power issues here at the Park. Where the power will be out for an hour and a half to two hours. Its been in the 90+ this past week. And Ive called the office and emailed the office about the issue when it happens. They in turn send a mass email to the park, stating to stop calling their emergency after hours number and that its not their problem and for us to call pennyrile electric. We all pay the park rent plus the electric we use. Lot rent is 500 plus electric. But if we pay the park electric it should not be our responsibility to call the electric company. It should be theirs. I dont have any obligation to call the electric company since the park is the land lord. I have had issues here as well where they hit my rv with their lawn equipment. And told us that theyre not responsible for damages. But yet charge all kinds of fees if we damage the grass, dont pick up dog water every day, if were late on rent and so on. I feel that there should be common ground and this place is all about money and not providing a place where people feel comfortable and want to stay.

I am replying to the complaint opened against our campground. I feel the person who filed the complaint stated inaccurate information. I have attached several pictures in a zip file to help clarify the information they stated that was inaccurate. We have had several outages involving the entire park in June with our local power provider, *************************** We sent emails to all campers, even when the outages took place out of normal office hours to assure them we had reported the outages and were handling it on our end and doing everything in our power to help. We can surely understand their frustrations with the temperature we were having on those days when we had the outages and we expressed that in our emails. Most of the campers understood it was not the campground's fault for the power issues, but our provider ******************* We did encourage our campers to call them personally to express their frustrations with all the recent outages in hopes that with that many campers complaining, they would look into the issues and fix them and they have taken extra steps to fix the power lines to prevent further outages. The VP/Member Services & Communications representative sent us a letter showing all the steps they had taken to prevent/fix further outages. The campground was however not at any fault for these outages as you can see in the letter I have attached.
The complaint states we did nothing about his complaint that his camper had been hit by the mowers. We did investigate that with the groundskeeper, and it was determined it was not physically possible for the mower to hit where he said it did, the mower was not tall enough to hit that area on his camper. He had no evidence, such as seeing it happen, to be able to determine they were responsible for the scratch on his camper. The camper has quite a lot of cosmetic damage on all sides of the camper. It does state in the lease I attached that the park is not responsible and that the camper assumes the inherent risks/liability to personal property that results from groundskeeping, which he signed at check-in. I have also attached that in the zip file attached.
We charge $500 a month plus utilities, which we have been told by several campers we are the cheapest around. We can also attest to that because we call around to check pricing at other campgrounds, and they are all much higher than our rates. He comes into the office each month to pay his rent in cash and never expresses any concerns or complaints about any campground issues.

My Rv does not have much damage to it besides when the mower hit it. My evidence is that my girlfriend was inside the rv at the time it was hit and Called me freaking out because the whole *************** from when it was hit. The only damage I had was a trim piece that had broken off going down the road. I had just bought it and it sat in the dealerships parking lot until I found a spot for it and it has been there since. The only damage there was the trim piece missing I have pictures of when I bought it so that point is invalid. Here are the proof of the pictures. The only issue I had was the fact that power was unstable, and I have dogs that are there. I cant just leave work when the power was going out like it was. It is now since then stable. Again the issue has been resolved but I dont like the fact that it was assumed that the rv wasnt hit when I got a call from my girlfriend from inside the rv while she was getting ready for work her car was in the driveway at the time the whole thing shook. Thats the only damage it has. Other than that it is in pretty good shape for a 2019 that was bought used and only owned since February and was at the dealership till I found this spot. I just want the lake to use more caution when around it. Other than that I have no problem.
