I was in an accident where I rear ended someone. Jade Towing recovered my vehicle (I was not consulted by law enforcement or by the person towing), and brought it to one of their private lots. I have picture of the wreck and I noted that the only fluid leaking from my vehicle was the coolant from my radiator. I had to call several times over the course of 3 days to get an invoice and appointment (this occurred around the end of October) to get my vehicle, so I got charged more for storage even though it was because they failed at doing their job. I found the parts to repair my vehicle on 3/9/25. I repaired the front end of my vehicle fully on 3/11/25. Upon completing the repairs, I had to fill a gas canister and pour it into my car to start it. As it turns out, there was a hole in my gas tank (which has never been previously repaired). I called the company to seek a resolution as it is my belief that either during the towing, or handling of my vehicle they hooked into a hole directly under the gas tank and gouged a hole in it. The first thing I was asked was where my vehicle had been the past four months. It was sitting in the driveway in front of my house. I was then asked if I had the vehicle under 24-hour surveillance. I do not. This is when I was told that because of that they would not repair my vehicle (I just wish to have the part paid for) because they have video surveillance on the LOT that my vehicle was stored, and that it was IMPOSSIBLE (not unlikely, impossible) that they damaged my vehicle this way. The man I talked to also declared to me that the IT guy wouldn't find anything on the cameras, before they had even looked. It was implied that it was more likely someone crawled under my wrecked vehicle and put a hole in the gas tank to siphon gas, in my well populated, suburban neighborhood.
