      In October of 2024 I took my car in for an oil change at Jiffy Lube Service Center **** in Wichita KS. The next day driving to work I got a low oil light and smoke from the hood, I immediately pulled over, checked the oil and it was low. Called for a tow truck and had it dropped off at lexus to be inspected. Lexus has found that the gasket on the oil filter was rolled and was the reason for the low oil and smoke from the hood. They change the oil and filter and cleaned the oil as best they could off the underside of the car. l contact Jiffy to inform them of the mistake. He agreed at the time that it was their fault and paid 226.00 for the oil change and said to keep him posted on any other issues this may have caused. I ran is for about 2 weeks as advised to burn off any oil residue that was unable to be removed. The car continues to smoke now on startup and in operation. I took it back to Lexus to troubleshoot and contacted the Jiffy lube manager. The jiffy lube manager said that he will take no further action to correct the situation regardless of Lexus's finding.

      I spoke with the customer service advisor at Lexus after the incident and due to the age of the vehicle and the mileage that was on the vehicle we were told that this was unrelated to the oil filter gasket.

      I took my car to jiffy lube for some repairs on two occasions, The first was for a radiator replacement and I was satisfied with the work, So I returned for a second automotive service of a tune-up because I had a slight miss in my engine, So they proceeded to do a spark plug replacement. I went to pick the car up and was told they can't figure out why it's not running the same or better as they claim to replace all the spark plugs. Yet now the car was vibrating violently and back firing with major loss of power. So they had a 3 other mechanics have a look at it and still couldn't figure it out. So they gave me a refund yet I was still with a car that was running worse than it was before I brought it in for the tune-up and I proceeded to explain to them that if I have to take the car to the dealership they will be responsible for the bill. At the time they were in agreement with my verbal statement in confirmation. So I proceeded to take it to the ******* Dealership. And was informed that jiffy lube had put two of the coils backwards as to what was causing the violent vibrating and back firing...and because of the violent vibrating it caused the radiator damage that had been replaced a month or so before. The district manager of the jiffy lube ensured me that he would replace the radiator again at no cost to me because it was under warranty and the only thing I would be responsible for is the radiator support bracket...and I agreed to the terms. A week later as I'm waiting for my car to be done because of back order issues the district manager called me and asked me for the receipt witch was still in the car and the car still till this day in there possession. So I go to the location at jiffy lube the get the receipt and notice that my car had been searched and the paperwork was gone. So I ask them if i got it repaired there it should show in the database. They then proceeded to look it up and now it doesn't show up. Only washer fluid work that never had done but ex

      I took my car in for service at ***** **** on South Seneca in Wichita, KS. My invoice * ** ****** I paid $1589.35 for repairs. After leaving J**** ***** my car was just the same as when I drove in for service . I've since had to have additional work done that actually fixed my car, to the tune of $2,100. I have the receipts to show the work that did fix my vehicle. I am seek9ng a refund.
