    I engaged Lifted Logic for the development of a website for my business, Actuarius. From the outset, I was promised direct involvement and guidance from the founder, Adam, due to his professed expertise in financial and business matters, which was critical for understanding our unique service model. This personal commitment by Adam was a decisive factor in our decision to choose Lifted Logic, despite a significant fee. Unfortunately, my experience with Lifted Logic fell short of the assurances given. The project was marred by a lack of clear direction, repeated delays, and a notable absence of the promised personal involvement from Adam. Despite my proactive efforts to provide comprehensive information about our business through a detailed plan (the "Slick Plan"), the content developed by Lifted Logic consistently missed the mark, demonstrating a fundamental misunderstanding of our services. Moreover, the promised access to Lifted Logic's medspa clients as potential leads for our business never materialized, further diminishing the value of our engagement with them. The involvement of key figures like Todd, who was presented as a leader in this project, was minimal, as evidenced by the meager hours billed to our project (only 3.75 hours). This lack of engagement was compounded by the abrupt departure of the initial team assigned to us and the inconsistent involvement of subsequent team members. In light of these issues, I find it necessary to bring these concerns to the BBB's attention. I believe that the commitment and quality of service provided by Lifted Logic have not aligned with the expectations set at the beginning of our agreement. As a business that values transparency and accountability, I hope this review provides insight for others considering Lifted Logic's services and encourages a resolution that reflects the professional standards expected in such engagements.
