    Requested repair person to call me before heading to my house so I could be sure to meet him there. Left my mother at the hospital! He replied to my text "okay". (I still have the text to prove it but I couldn't post it here.) was between 11 and 1. Got home about 11:20 so I would sure and be there when he got there. Got home and there was a door hanger on the door saying he was there at 11:15 and now I would have to reschedule. Called the office and after the receptionist asked the tech, he said there was no such arrangement about calling ahead. Told them I was calling someone else if their techs would lie. Beware

    We had Turner's repair our 4-year-old Bosch refrigerator after previously using a different factory-authorized service provider, and have been very pleased. It was easy to get on their schedule, the technician was efficient and professional, and the repair was accomplished at the price that was quoted. We will use Turner's for any future appliance repairs.
