      I am supposed to receive a credit from ******** ******* through its associate MarketSphere. The requested information was sent to MarketSphere on 9/19/2023. The Confirmation Letter number ***** stated that the check should be received within 4 months. Nevertheless, it has not been received yet. I called company phone ************ a few times on 12/17/2024, 01/21/2025 and 02/11/2025 and spoke with ********* and ****. There were polite and willing to help. Every time I was told that the Manager would call me back. But niether call, nor payment happened. As I understand, further calls will not help as well.       Hello.  We can appreciate *** *********** frustration.  We have been following up with our client, Novartis, about the status of these funds.  We just recently received confirmation from them, that the funding is now available and that the check will be sent in a matter of days.  We will request that this check be sent via priority mail, and will email *** ********* the tracking number as soon as it is available.
