    This is my Fiber internet provider. My internet went out on 8/23. I finally made contact with customer support 9am 8/24. They informed me that is was an issue at the box and it was affecting multiple customers and would put in a work order to repair. I informed them that I work from home and unable to work until this is resolved. My son has to go to the library to do his schoolwork. I received a call back in 8/24 confirming that a technician would be out to correct the issue on 8/25 or morning of 8/26 latest. To date nobody has shown up, service is not restored and due to confidentiality with my work, my VPN/company will not allow me to connect to a public network. 72 hours with no resolution and 3 days out of work is unacceptable. In addition it was the busiest weekend of the year in my town with their annual fair and all of my security cameras were down. Just and hour and a half ago I was told they said they were on their way and they have yet to arrive. In an hour and a half I will need to take yet ANOTHER day off work and risk a write up or taking it without pay due to the number of days I have had to use in a row.this needs resolved and my bill needs adjusted accordingly!!!!

    Home internet not working. Called Ideatek and they gave a few steps to see if that resolved the problem, which didn't. Today is Friday and they said it won't be until Monday or Tuesday (3-4 days) before someone can come and check the internet. I think that's an unacceptable long time. I let them know that I have a daughter that is taking online college courses and we really need the internet. They said they can send someone earlier but we would have to pay. We are already paying for a service we're not receiving.

We have  provided you a free month's service due to the delay and inconvenience due to these particular circumstances.     IdeaTek destroyed my yard so they could give others internet service. I have asked 7 times IdeaTek fix our yard. They have not! I at my age can’t fix this much damage. I have 20 pictures of the damage spanning months. I also have call logs showing all the calls I have made.

    After receiving Mr. ********* BBB submission, we contacted him at his request. I personally met with him to talk through the issues, and we came to the resolution that he will receive a service credit to his account and Ideatek will pay for his yard to be fixed.
