      ********************* of 3D Structural came to my home to quote concrete work to extend my driveway. I accepted his quote on July 15 2022 and ****** said that the schedule was out until the end of next month (August 2022). I called into the office per ********************* and gave my credit card for the 50% deposit. August came and went with no call. In September 2022 I called in and left a message at their office number. No response. I spoke to ************************* daughter whom I work with and she stated that she spoke to her father and that there was a supply chain issue with concrete. In November I called and left another message and also emailed from their website. Again no response. On December 9th I texted ********************* and stated that I wanted a refund of my $960 deposit since they aren't doing the work or even bothering to respond to me. I received no response to that text so I texted again on December 28th that I wanted to speak to someone in his office so I can get my refund. He texted back that he would take care of it and that it was in the process. I asked when I could expect the refund and he said that he was not sure. After no refund and no response I texted ********************* again on January 10th stating that I was filing a complaint with the BBB and the ******* Attorney General and left another message at the office of 3D Structural LLC. I received no response from either the company or ********************* and I received no refund.

      We provided a $9,637.50 down payment to 3D Structural on May 17th for the repair of a retaining wall on our property. We were told the project would start sometime in July. After many failed attempts, we contacted them at the end of July and they told us that it would being the week after labor day. Again, they did not call to confirm or cancel and stopped returning our calls or emails. We have received one email since in response with no further guidance on starting work on our project. We asked for our money back so that we could go with a more responsive company and have had no response.

      I am opening this complaint for my Grandma *************************. This company did some work on my grandmother's house waterproofing the basement. The work was not completed but not successfully. We called the company and they came back out to "fix" the job. I have called and emailed them asking when we could have someone come back out and review the work that was done that did not resolve the issue. I was informed they could not tell me when they could get me on the schedule, they would let us know when they can get us on the schedule. I would have to talk to ***** who handles scheduling but he is in the field so cannot talk to me. I have emailed ***** and the company twice asking for an update and have been promptly ignored. This job has been paid in full for some time.
