On 11-14-23 ***** removed an air conditioner that was in the side of my house. He replaced air conditioner with glass block. It was getting dark so we really couldn't see the poor job that he did. He referred us to a general contractor to complete the job because he does not do inside plastering, tile or woodwork. This statement was conveniently located on his receipt, that he showed us after he had installed the glass block. He also borrowed some wood from me to complete the job. So apparently he was not prepared to do the job.So I got a general *************** said the glass block was not installed correct. He said it was so bad that he should do job over & "frame up" the glass block.***** took advantage of me, I am 67 years old & believe this was a case of "Senior Fraud". ***** has not answered any of my calls after leaving several voicemail messages. I also sent an email which has not been answered either. Plus my niece called him too, but to no avail.I want him to fix the glass block job AND I want my $400 cash deposit that I gave him for a tuck point job that we decided not to give to him because of the shoddy job that he did.
