    I purchased a Fitbit device in July 2022, which came with a complimentary 6-month Premium subscription. I purchased the same via Paypal. Upon renewal in December 2022, I elected not to pay for Fitbit Premium.A year later, I am being charged for an annual Premium subscription I never agreed to and discovered hat Digital River had essentially institute a direct payment agreement. I contacted Fitbit and not only my subscription does not show as active [despite payment], they also have no record of me ever purchasing the subscription and cannot allocate the payment to my email. I escalated the issue to both Paypal and Fitbit without any resolution; I request immediate remediation via refund in the amount of $79.99
