    Dropped off my car on Wednesday Jan 22 in the evening.I am reporting as I am concerned this could happen to others and they would not know. The new dash speakers they were supposed to install in my car were not there. They had left the factory speakers. They went through a pony show of putting them in by having me wait while cutting up the original ones as a makeshift bracket with glue and splicing the cable(photos) when I came back on Saturday, Feb 22, pretending they were always there, and delaying for much longer than it takes to check. These speakers are mounted on the dashboard and the covers pop off in a second. They charged me $125 additionally just for "checking" them.I came in and asked for the best I can get with the factory stereo, replace all speakers, line converter to new amp, and active crossovers. I scheduled the install for Thursday the following week so they could order everything.I dropped the car off Wednesday. The installer called me on Thursday that they needed more time, to pick it up Friday. Then on Friday, there was some issue with the amplifier, and they had to order another one. I was invited in to hear the speakers without the new amplifier, and immediately noticed rattling in one of the rear speakers. The technician assured me he would fix it. I asked them to please tape or secure that and any other parts that are causing rattling, and was assured they would take care of it and be ready at 3pm on Saturday for me to come in, and we would spend some time tuning it however I wanted it. This did not happen.I arrived at 2pm on Saturday and the technician hadn't arrived yet. They called shortly before closing and I arrived back to see my car being run at high volume and being used to attract other customers. The subwoofer they had turned up so loud was mine originally, not from them.They did not install any active crossover or other DSP device. All they did was adjust the factory eq(bass, mid, treble) on my car.

    This is how they installed the amplifier for the speakers behind the head unit. They cut and spliced the factory wiring harness and left bare wires loose and exposed.
