  Forte Waterproofing has provided very professional , fair and prompt service both times I have used them. Their family centric approach ( working towards their 3rd generation owning ) is truly felt. When **** came out to do his initial assessment I could tell that he wanted to help first and make the sale second.His son ***** was the ******* on the Job in April 2024 and returned in March of 2025 for warranty work. Both experiences were great.

  Forte gave us a handwritten estimate that was hard to read. We thought we knew the price, but it was different than what they had stated. Now they are refusing to refund our down payment and are stating it is our fault. I suggested they type up their estimates in the future, and the owner says he can't do that. I am under the impression they ripped us off. I would suggest if using them to make sure they give you official typed up paperwork and comb through it thoroughly.

  We had water seeping in over the winter and called Forte for an assessment. The owner and his son came out within a week to let us know what was occurring and we scheduled the work. ***** and his team showed up on time, completed the work as agreed upon and left the area as tidy as it was when they came. The entire team from the front office to the team on-site were knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. Highly recommend Forte for your waterproofing needs.

  Forte Waterproofing had a date to begin work on my basement .I requested days off from my job The day before the planned date to begin, I received a phone call that they needed to cancel. Two workers were sick.I was upset because it was not easy to get the days off. I needed to once again attempt to find co-workers willing to work for me for a future date. I was afraid they might change the date once again. It was so upsetting that I cancelled with Forte. The sad part is that they kept my $1000 deposit.They could have at least returned $500.

  We appreciate customer feedback. This was several months ago. I apologize we had to delay your start date due to members of our crew coming down with *****. Im sure you would not want any of them at your home at that time. It was beyond our control. We did not cancel your work. We rescheduled with you and when we called to remind you of your appointment, you canceled with us, without notice. Our policy is a non- refundable deposit if the customer cancels the job. I am sorry we could not be of service to you. We strive for exceptional customer service.

  Forte has been in the waterproofing business for a while and you can tell by their knowledge. Rest assured, they get the job done. Thanks Forte.
