      Smoke Valley Tree Service performed excellent tree trimming on fourteen of our overgrown 20 to 30 foot trees. They removed limbs on or close to our home and garage, carefully shaping growth and cutting out dead limbs. Their work was efficiently and courteously performed, debris cleared and chipped as promised, all to written specifications. We highly recommend their service.

      The business has moved into the ************ area where we live and may have new leadership. I highly recommend them. They trimmed the lower to middle areas of three large River Birch trees and they look so much better. They also added a fourth smaller tree at their suggestion because of its impact on our roof. They had tons of small to mid-sized branches to clean up and everything that they cut and more was taken away. When I asked for proof of insurance they got that for me. Their demeanor was gracious, their work was detailed and well done and they wouldn't take any money until the work was finished. And by the way, they did most of the work in a light, cold rain getting our work done in a very timely way. Our experience was very positive and I'd have them work for me again.

      I had tree work done after the storms that came through *************** this summer. I had Smoke Valley Tree Service do the work, during the work they blew an hydraulic hose on the bucket truck. I was told it would be two weeks before they would be able to get the part to fix the hose, and when fixed they would be back to finish the work. I called them after the two weeks, and was told they were waiting to get work back in *************** before they came back. I have called more times now, and keep getting told they will be back on a certain date. That date comes and goes, and they dont show up. I have tried calling now, and they will not answer the phone or return my calls. They also have an advertisement in the local paper for 20% off the quote they give, but they dont honor the 20%.
