    We started our Services with Trash Bandit in January of 2024. To say the least, their services are poor and their follow-up is just as poor. We have had serval times where we did not get our trash picked up and the email that we received stated that we would get our trash picked up on a Saturday always to a new driver, sick driver family emergency, etc. Every time we receive this email our trash is never picked up on Saturday and when and if you can reach someone they say sorry we can't get you picked up till your next scheduled pick up. We paying for a service that we are not getting. They don't answer their phone and many times the voicemail is full. I understand why. I have requested a credit on my account for the missed service and waiting for a response. IF you are not picked up tomorrow a truck will be back Saturday to finish.

    Trash Bandits has to be the worst trash service I have ever had. I have confirmed cancelation of my services with them, after the repeatedly trying to reach them, only to continue to receive invoices for services in April, that I've discontinued. They skipped weeks of servicing, including during the busiest holiday time of the year, did not work during inclement weather while other companies were in our neighborhood picking up the neighbors trash with zero issues, would not answer phone calls or emails, and just have terrible customer service. I am not one to post this kind of thing, as I understand being a struggling business trying to get this right, but their lack of communication and commitment to their word is forcing to feel compelled to say something. This is worse than the jokes about **************** being like the mafia!
