      I would NOT RECOMMEND!! I normally dont write reviews unless its serious. They are Bull Crap!! They sell you LEMON cars wont put you in anything else even if you had the car less than a month. They have a repair shop its full of bad mechanics they destroying your car up anytime they touch your car youre going to go back because something else is messed up. When they keep your car they dont provide rental assistance. I wouldnt recommend!!

      I have been a customer of ********************** in ************ for several years and had several vehicles from them. The first vehicle was a ***** Civic which lasted 3 years before needing service. When I took it to the service shop they said the engine blew. Byrider rolled my payments into a Chrysler *************** Within the first month driving it, they had to replace the engine. While getting the engine replaced a mechanic stated that he bought the Civic and only had to spend $10 on repair. I was already in the ************** so ignored statement. The ************** lasted 3 year to the day before having issues. I took it to a mechanic and he stated the tie rod ends needed replaced. I then took the ************** (still under warranty) to Byrider service center and was told the transmission was out and they would finance the repairs of $3000. I could not afford the extra payments and was offered to be placed in another vehicle for same payments. They rolled my payment into a 2015 **** Fiesta. Which was not at same payments and took 3 hours to finalize paperwork, even though they knew we were coming and stated they would have things in order when we arrived. I have had the Fiesta about a year and was left stranded on side of road today due to transmission not shifting and not shifting out of park. This is 3 lemons from this company. I would never get another car from them if I didn't already owe them and feel like I had no choice. My family needs a vehicle and Byrider preys on those in desperate need. If I could tell everyone to avoid this company I would definitely would do so. They are not quality car sales company or provide quality cars to their customers. They give you cars that are not reliable so they can make money off the customer for repairs or place them in a vehicle for higher payments.
