All our sales and projects include a one year warranty for installation and workmanship, and we stand behind the manufacturer warranties for the products we offer, even if a warranty may go beyond our own one year warranty. If a product we sell and install fails or does not operate properly, we will replace and reinstall the product within the product warranty period at no expense to our client. We do not offer refunds for labor charges or custom work, any product refunded may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
