    I used this shop 5 months ago to fix some interior upholstery issues along with modifying the rear spare tire hatch. Aside from the front dash, everything this company touched in my vehicle has turned to c*** None of the glue they used is holding and every thing from the airbag compartment from taking the dash off to the side door ****** are coming apart. I reached out to the owner and told him that I was currently trying to sell my vehicle and I needed to be seen within a week, considering I had already paid and the product he gave me failed. His response was Ill get to you when I can. I no longer wish to have this business touch my vehicle and am requesting a full refund of 3,000$ so I may take my vehicle to an accredited shop and have the repairs repaired right.

    We worked on this particular car in the first weeks of January of 2023 . It has then been 7 months and I am just now hearing about something going wrong with what we did . Now we do offer anything withing the first 90 days thats wrong or seems off to be rechecked and if needed redone at no cost to the customer . But being that it has been ******* and he never called or came in for any complain and expected to be seen on priority bases is wrong on his behave . Now the customer reached out to me by text message on June 22 2023 which I was out of town in ********* that week I tried to explain to him that I would get back with him once I was back in town and in the office so we can see what we can arrange . He then became aggressive and demanded to be seen right away . I repeated to him again I was out of town and that I would call him back as soon as I could figure out a day to bring his vehicle in . He then threatened me by saying I need to be seen now or next week otherwise I will take measures at this moment I responded by saying to him again I am out of town please respect the fact that I am not in the office and I will call you to see when I can get you in . He insisted on his demands that he be seen right away so then I told him do what you need to do . And the conversation ended . Now like I said any customer of mines here if they have a concern about the work we did to their vehicle they right away bring up the minute they see something wrong not wait 7 months later to complain and then demand to be seen even after I told him I had 3 vehicles in the shop at the moment I cannot just take them out to get you in so he became more aggressive with his demands.. He was very excited and happy with the work we did back in January that he left a great review on our site which he just recently removed . As a customer I would right away bring up any issues I see or think need to be addressed and solved not wait more then half a year to say something. I offered to check it out and see what needed to be done and he refused because it wasnt gonna be done on his deman of right away .. Thank you JZCustoms.

     I am rejecting this response because:
      The business has failed to note that I reached out to him right after receiving the car back explaining the side inserts were not done correctly along w the airbag compartment open. He said hed get me in and never did. The car is *********** and not driven in the winter and as I mentioned the car is now for sale. So I have not driven the car. Upon bringing the car out for photos I then noticed that the work that was performed had come undone. Considering his past by not getting back to me I insisted on being seen in a timely matter and explained if not I would take the necessary steps. Contacting the BBB is part of the following steps I am taking. There was never a threat due to the fact I have proof in hand that the work performed by this shop was not sufficient. It can clearly be seen in the photos that the glue has come undone and no longer is holding. Thats simply poor craftsmanship. If I do not receive a full refund I will take legal action from here. Im trying to give the owner a chance to make things right before it gets to that point. Thank you.

    This will not be refunded at any time. He had the opportunity to wait till I reached out to him after I got back from out of state and he refused . We dont operate our business on a hit of a switch every job is booked in in advance and he thought he was just gonna snap his fingers and get in like he said he wanted . This is the review he left above for someone who wasnt unhappy of our work he sure says differently in the review . Again there will not be any refund . I have pictures and the review as well as the messsages and recorded phone call of him demanding to be seen and not respecting the fact I was not available at the moment ! He knows where my shop is at and he could of easily came at any time to show me anything wrong with the car . But he didnt . He wanted to to get side pieces done and when I called him to get him in he never answered so like I said earlier all my jobs are booked in advance if he dont answer I have to go to the next one .
