      My husband and I purchased two 2022 Tellurides and purchased packages from Ziebart for interior treatment, exterior, rust protection, hitch install, and tint. My husbands car came in first. We picked it up and realized that the job that had been done on the interior was less than great. The arm rests on the captains chairs werent moved when they applied the leather conditioner, so when you put the arm rests down there were marks. The console had streaks all over it, the window tint had bubbles, and we also realized that the back bumper had been cut to install the hitch. We returned to Ziebart on June 8 and spoke to *** as **** the store manager was out. *** was super helpful and said the interior needed fixed, which he did on the spot, and also agreed that the window tint needed to be replaced. He also informed us that there were different hitch options, ones that do NOT require to cut the bumper. We should have been informed when we dropped the car off that they were going to cut the bumper on our brand new car before that was done, and we were not.Ziebart received the car on June 9 and we picked my car up from on Sunday. After picking it up we realized the windshield and the driver side front window had what looked like bubbles. We took the car back to Ziebart and *** informed us that the spots we were seeing were particles that handnt been cleaned off the window before the tint was put one, and that it did need to be fixed. On June 24 we dropped my Telluride off at Ziebart around 9:00 am to have the window tint redone. Around 5:45 they called and said the car was ready for pickup. We picked up the vehicle and noticed the same type of marks on the windows but were assured by **** that we needed to give it 30 days. When we got in the vehicle I noticed that the interior was trashed. There was a sticky substance as well as liquid spots everywhere. The manager offered a rag but it took me over an hour to get the car cleaned. A rag wasn't going to help!

      My husband scheduled an appointment for the 15th the soonest they could get me in for annual maintenance, he texted me the appointment date and time ****** that it needed to be there WHILE ON THE ***** with them. We arrive for my appointment only to be told they had us down for the 28th! They said they would try to getting my car done anyway but it may be next day, so our one day off work turned into two days. I asked to have my seat cleaned before maintenance, $200. Went to pick up my car and my seats are still dirty, they said you can wait and well shampoo again, after having my car for 24 hours and telling us it was ready. I would not recommend paying them to detail your car if you expect it to be done correctly the first time.
